I work predominately with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Which are all evidenced-based therapies recognised by the NHS and the National Institute of Clinical Excellence.

What is CBT, DBT and EMDR?

   Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy that can help you solve problems by changing the way you think and behave. It's most commonly used to treat anxiety and depression, but can be useful for other mental and physical health problems.

    Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)is a talking therapy designed to help you to manage overwhelming emotions  and to change patterns of behavior that are not helpful, such as self-harm, suicidal ideas, and substance abuse.

    Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of PTSD, trauma and abuse. It less about talking, and more about desensitising old memories until the person's distress has completely reduced.

   Intensive PTSD treatment where you are (Complete 8 day treatment, 2 sessions per day)

I mainly provide online therapy via phone, messenger and skype, but I also offer a premium service of providing Intensive EMDR for treating PTSD locally to wherever you live in the UK or Globe. This is popular with professional people who are off work sick due to PTSD. We complete the entire treatment in 8 days, 2 sessions per day. This allows people to see quick results and return to work fast, if they so desire. This is tailored to your personal needs and circumstances.
